For bleeping out expletives and what-have-you. replaces that audio with a bleep (sinewave) tone of your desired frequency.

Copy bleeper.ny into your Audacity plug-ins folder. next time you (re)start Audacity, "Bleep out audio" will be in the effects menu.

You need to select audio to be bleeped, and click on "bleep Out Audio" from the effects menu. Select bleep frequency (default 1000 hz), fade times (in and out for both bleep and bleeped audio, default 3 milliseconds), db level of bleep (default -3 db), and click on the bleeping 'okay' button!

Use as directed. For external use only.
